One of the best ways to build a new habit is by tracking when the habit gets done. There are many ways to track habits including all sorts of apps and analog methods such as habit trackers in a bullet journal. As with any task removing as much friction as possible will help ensure it gets done.
In this video I will show an extremely simple way to track your habits at the time that they are done. This will ensure the information gets captured and if wanted can transfer that information to another habit tracker if needed.
This can also be used to track any action.
